Healthcare Quality Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Healthcare Quality Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance standards within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and continuous improvement of patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining healthcare quality standards and policies
• Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to patient care and service quality
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality activities
• Assist in incident reporting and follow-up procedures
• Coordinate with different departments to improve service delivery
• Support training and awareness programs related to quality and safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
• Basic knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in healthcare or quality assurance is an advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
