Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.

Certification or training in healthcare quality management preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management:

Implement and monitor the clinic’s Quality Management System (QMS).
-
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to healthcare quality.
-
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
2. Accreditation & Compliance:
-
Ensure clinic compliance with healthcare standards from organizations like the Joint Commission International.
-
Prepare the clinic for internal and external accreditation audits.
-
Maintain documentation required for regulatory inspections.
3. Patient Safety:
-
Monitor patient safety incidents and risk management processes.
-
Investigate incidents and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
-
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
4. Clinical Audits:

Conduct regular clinical and administrative audits.
-
Monitor adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols.
-
Prepare audit reports and improvement recommendations.
5. Policies & Procedures:
-
Develop, review, and update clinic policies and procedures.
-
Ensure staff follow standard operating procedures.
6. Training & Education:
-
Provide quality and patient safety training for clinic staff.
-
Conduct orientation sessions on quality standards and accreditation requirements.
7. Data Management & Reporting:

Collect and analyze quality data and performance indicators.
-
Prepare monthly or quarterly quality reports for management.
