Healthcare Receptionist - Arabic Only

An esteemed Hospital in Dubai is hiring for a Healthcare Receptionist / Patient Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

· Greet visitors with a smiling and positive attitude and eye contact as soon as they enter, determine their needs and direct them to the proper area of the facility.

· Assist doctors with responding to correspondence, including email and physical letters.

· Maintain medical record database to ensure patient information is kept up to date, and provide patient information to other doctor offices when a patient decides to switch providers

· Perform additional administrative functions when needed, which can include providing patients with aftercare information.

· Handling patient admissions and making sure to encode all required information of patients in Practo system including emergency contact details and kin’s details; and to write on charge slip all mandatory patient identifiers (Patient’s First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Medical Record Number) legibly. All areas in patient registration in Practo system should be addressed.
