• Recruit and place Primary Care and/or Pediatric providers
• Build and manage your own client relationships
• Run your desk like a business within the business
• Work directly with decision-makers at medical facilities

• Pre-built data : Verified contacts (names, emails, phone numbers)
• Live support to help you develop and grow accounts
• A proven system to help you scale quickly
• Opportunity to expand into larger territories and leadership roles

• Recruiting experience ( required )
• Experience in Primary Care or Pediatrics (strongly preferred)
• Business Development experience (a plus, not required)
• Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility within your day)
• Commission-driven structure with uncapped earning potential
• Start Date: Immediate
