About the Opportunity
Are you a driven recruiter or sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals? We are seeking a Permanent Placement Physician Recruiter to join our growing healthcare search team.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physician and advanced practice provider placements nationwide. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused position ideal for someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Source and recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for permanent healthcare opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online sourcing tools
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening interviews, and qualification assessments
- Partner with healthcare organizations and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through placement
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and negotiate offers
- Maintain accurate activity tracking within ATS and CRM systems
- Meet and exceed individual recruiting and revenue goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, candidate sourcing, and ATS/CRM systems
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Physician or healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Knowledge of healthcare hiring trends and medical specialties
