As a dedicated Healthcare VMS Recruiter for US campaign , you will be the engine of our contingent workforce program. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for nursing and allied health roles. Primarily RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs within Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms. Your expertise will ensure compliance, speed, and quality, making us a top-performing vendor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA) for contingent assignments.
- Master and efficiently utilize multiple client VMS platforms for submission and candidate management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with client-specific requirements, including documentation, credentials, immunizations, and onboarding protocols.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active healthcare candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the VMS process.
- Collaborate with account managers to prioritize requisitions and fill urgent orders.
- Track and report on key metrics: time-to-fill, submission-to-placement ratio, and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay current on healthcare licensing, certifications, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, with at least 1 year specifically in healthcare staffing.
- Proven, hands-on experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, and/or CNAs.
- Familiarity with healthcare credentials and compliance (BLS, licenses, vaccinations).
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
