Job Overview
MM Healthcare seeking a dynamic and energetic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and drive the talent acquisition process for our ABA organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring ABA therapists. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and streamline hiring processes
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from universities and training programs
• Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Positive and enthusiastic energy

Experience

• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or technical recruiting within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in talent management, succession planning, lead generation, and employee relations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and external partners
• Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent acquisition and brand promotion in the healthcare sector
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all recruitment activities

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
