Duties
- Digital Marketing: SEO, content marketing (blogs, guides), paid search (PPC), social media, email marketing to reach consumers online.
- Relationship Building: Crucial for sales reps to connect with doctors (referrals) and patients (loyalty).
- Content: Educating on conditions, treatments, and new technologies.
- Reputation Management: Building a positive public image and trust.
- Neuromarketing: Understanding patient psychology to guide choices.
- The 4 Ps: Applying Product (service), Price, Place (access), Promotion to healthcare strategy
- Communication and collaboration: Communicating effectively with staff and patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve performance across the facility.
- Marketing management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clinic goals, utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing approaches. Monitor budgets for marketing activities ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management skills, data analytic skill,
- Relevant education, such as a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, technology, nursing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including content marketing.
- Must speak Mandarin (mandatory), Cantonese (preferred)
- Flexibility in traveling within NYC borough (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island or as needed per agreement).
