Healthcare Sales Bidder / Business Development Executive (US Market)

Advanced Healthcare Solutions is hiring a proactive and target-driven Sales Bidder / Business Development Executive to expand our client base in the United States healthcare industry. We specialize in Digital Marketing, Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA), and Medical Billing Services for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 10+ qualified healthcare leads monthly in the US market
• Bid and secure projects through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email campaigns
• Build strong relationships with clinics, medical practices, and healthcare providers
• Present and promote company services professionally
• Book demos with complete context, research, and detailed notes for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and client presentations
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and targets
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in healthcare sales, bidding, or business development (US market preferred)
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Medical Billing, or Healthcare Virtual Assistant services
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with freelancing platforms, CRM tools, and lead generation tools
• Ability to research US healthcare providers and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work according to US business hours when required
