Healthcare Sales & Billing Specialist (Remote) – Licensing, Credentialing & Medical Billing

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing healthcare services company offering end-to-end solutions for agencies — from startup to expansion and operations.

Our services include:
Agency buying & selling transactions
Healthcare licensing (Home Care, ABA, Telehealth, Hospice, etc.)
Contracting & credentialing with insurance payers
Full-service medical billing

We are looking for a highly reliable and experienced professional who understands the healthcare backend and can also drive sales and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound sales calls with healthcare providers

Understand client needs and present tailored service solutions

Close deals and bring in new business

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Support or oversee medical billing / credentialing processes when needed

Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

Strong experience in medical billing and/or credentialing

Sales experience (closing deals, handling objections, client communication)

Excellent English communication skills

Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Ability to work fully remote and manage your own schedule

Knowledge of healthcare agency operations is a big plus

Compensation:

Base pay + high commission potential
