Healthcare Sales Partner – Physician Network ( Commission-Only)

About the Role:

Klio Care is a healthcare technology platform that manages physician order signing and referral management for home health agencies. We are looking for an experienced healthcare sales professional with existing physician relationships to introduce our platform to primary care, internal medicine, geriatric, house call, and family medicine practices.
This is an independent contractor role. You set your own schedule. If you already have relationships with physician offices, you are exactly who we are looking for — our team can assist you in demos and onboarding remotely.
What You'll Do

• Visit or call primary care, internal medicine, geriatric, house call, and family medicine offices in your territory
• Introduce our platform using optional sales materials we provide — no technical knowledge required
• Coordinate 20-minute Zoom demos — our team takes it from there
• Follow up with interested practices

Why Physicians Say Yes
You are not selling them a cost. You are showing them revenue they already qualify for. Our platform helps physicians get reimbursed for home health orders — income most practices qualify for but aren't currently capturing.

Compensation
Commission only, paid monthly, recurring. Every practice you bring in pays you month after month — your book of business compounds as you grow it. Based on a typical rep's book of 10–40 practices, earnings range from $2,400–$10,000/month. No cap. Full details on the call.
Most practices go live within two weeks of the first conversation. Commissions begin the following month.
All partners sign a standard independent contractor agreement prior to onboarding.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years calling on physician offices — medical sales, pharma, home health liaison, Medicare insurance, DME, or similar
• Existing relationships with primary care or internal medicine practices.
• Comfortable speaking with office managers and physicians
• Self-starter who works independently

Pay: $2,400.00 - $10,000.00 per month
