Position Overview:

Come Join our team of highly skilled Professionals!

We are actively seeking a seasoned Sales Professional, an experience Field Marketer, with a strong background in medical sales to serve as an independent contractor in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have established referral experience in senior care and healthcare networks. Your mission is to expand AdvaCare’s community partnerships by promoting our placement services to professionals who serve seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent AdvaCare with professionalism and integrity
- Develop and maintain key referral relationships with:
- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities
- Hospice Agencies
- Home Health Providers
- Mobile Wound Care Providers
- Discharge Planners & Case Managers
- Hospitals
- Social Workers
- Etc.
- Promote AdvaCare’s free placement services and referral process
- Distribute branded marketing materials, brochures, and contact forms
- Attend any and all relevant community events, open houses, and networking functions
- Report weekly activity and referral outcomes to the administrative team

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of medical sales or referral marketing experience in any of the following areas:
- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Assisted Living or Independent Living Communities
- Hospice or Home Health
- Mobile Wound Care or DME
- Strong, existing network in the senior care or healthcare space (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Professional appearance and a compassionate, client-centered mindset

- Collect feedback from customers to inform future marketing strategies

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Willingness to travel within designated areas for field marketing activities

- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer engagement

- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they can enhance outreach efforts

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
