Healthcare Sales Rep – Mobile Phlebotomy Contracts

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative specializing in Mobile Phlebotomy Contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, laboratories, and clinics to expand our mobile blood collection services. This is a 1099 contract position and the pay is $100 per signed contract if that sounds ok and if you would like to move forward, please share sometimes and days to have a 30-min phone interview

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within healthcare organizations, including clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.
• Conduct engaging product demos of mobile phlebotomy services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and features tailored to their needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for contract expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize service offerings and deliver compelling product presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations using organizational skills to ensure seamless account management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on B2B environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for building trust and closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess market trends and client needs for strategic targeting.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts and maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, with proficiency in analysis tools preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is highly desirable.
