Perseptex is seeking a dynamic and articulate Healthcare Sales Representative to lead our commercial presence in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare sales, understands hospital and clinical environments, and can clearly communicate the value of Perseptex’s advanced AI solutions to healthcare decision-makers. This role serves as the primary point of engagement for hospitals, clinics, and health organizations across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Present and articulate Perseptex’s AI solutions to healthcare organizations, highlighting clinical, operational, and efficiency benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, department heads, clinicians, and administrative leadership.
• Conduct discovery with prospective clients to understand workflows, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to presentations, proposals, and closing.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support product refinement and regional strategy.
• Represent Perseptex at conferences, meetings, and industry events within Bahrain.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and market dynamics.

• Experience in healthcare sales, medical technology, digital health, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Native or near-native in Arabic
• Fluent in English (listening)
• Comfortable conducting meetings with senior stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of independently managing sales activities.

• Willingness to travel across Bahrain for meetings, workshops, and site visits.
• Ability to learn Perseptex’s technology deeply and position it effectively within the Bahraini healthcare context.
