  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on public sentiment, trending topics, and community feedback related to healthcare topics
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for designing compelling graphics and visual content that resonate with target audiences
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content discoverability in search engines and social media algorithms
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation, craft press releases, and handle crisis communication when necessary
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster strong relationship management
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or other platforms to boost reach and engagement effectively

  • Proven experience in social media marketing within the healthcare or related sectors
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expertise in social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing best practices
  • Ability to create high-quality content including photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding materials
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce integrations where applicable
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a proactive approach to community engagement
  • Familiarity with public relations strategies for healthcare organizations
