We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our Labor Management Department. This role will focus on analyzing workforce and scheduling data to identify trends, support staffing efficiency, and provide actionable insights that drive operational improvements across our facilities.
Review and analyze labor reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to improve scheduling, staffing efficiency, and compliance.
Collaborate with facility leadership and staffing teams to address identified issues.
Monitor workforce data to ensure accurate reporting and assist in corrective actions where needed.
Support initiatives that reduce overtime, optimize labor spend, and improve employee engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools (experience with scheduling or HRIS systems a plus).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Prior experience in healthcare, staffing, or labor management is preferred but not required.
