Healthcare Staffing Sales Rep (SDR) — Part-Time | Base + Commission | Immediate Start

Job Overview
We are not looking for someone to train. We are looking for someone who already knows how to pick up the phone, talk to a Director of Nursing, and book a meeting that turns into a contract.

Hearthstone & Co. Workforce Solutions is a veteran-owned healthcare staffing agency based in Houston, TX. We place credentialed RNs, LVNs, and CNAs with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and hospitals across the Greater Houston area. We have credentialed clinicians ready to be placed — we need someone to get us in front of the facilities that need them.

This is a part-time, performance-driven role with an immediate start. You will work independently. There is no daily micromanagement and no hand-holding. You will be given a warm target list of confirmed agency-using facilities, a call script, clinician profiles to present, and full support from the founder. What you bring is the drive, the phone skills, and the ability to close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Make 40–50 outbound calls per day to Directors of Nursing and Administrators at skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and rehab centers across Greater Houston.
  • Follow up relentlessly via phone, email, and text — same day, every time.
  • Handle objections confidently — especially "we don't use agencies" — and turn them into conversations.
  • Present available clinician profiles to interested facilities and move them toward a signed service agreement.
  • Log all activity daily in CRM — calls made, contacts reached, voicemails, emails, meetings booked.
  • Send a brief end-of-day activity report to the founder.─────────────────────────────────────────────

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales experience — healthcare staffing or medical sales
  • You have called on healthcare facilities before and you know what a DON is.
  • Self-managed — you do not need someone checking in on you to stay productive.
  • Comfortable on the phone — not just willing, but genuinely good at cold calls.
  • Able to handle rejection without it slowing you down.
  • Available to make calls Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm.
  • Houston area strongly preferred — some walk-in visits may be needed.

COMPENSATION

─────────────────────────────────────────────

  • Base pay: $15–$17 per hour for hours worked (4-5 hours/day)
  • Commission: Paid per signed facility service agreement — details provided during interview
  • High performers earn well above base within the first 30–60 days
  • This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time as the company scales
