Your expertise

• Fresh graduate in Finance/Accounting, or recent graduate with 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• High interest to develop and exercise analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working experience of any Data visualization tool (e.g. PowerBI/Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and professional development.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, digital mindset proximity.
• SOCPA registration or willingness to get SOCPA registered with the company's support is a plus.

Exemplary Task Overview by ES Department (illustrative)

• Enterprise Services - Order-to-Cash (OTC):
• Order Entry Clarification at time of New Order Booking
• Involvement in Project Execution (booking, cost controlling, key milestone tracking)
• Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data to support various financial decisions
• Assist in preparation of various management presentations
• Support for upcoming SAP ERP implementation (P58)
• Regular Forecasting Process for key KPIs e.g. Revenue, Gross Profit, Balance Sheet items
• Support in preparing various accounting documents including journal vouchers, accounting assessment memos, etc.
