Hearing Attorney

Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law, PLLC is growing and we need to add to our Hearing Attorney team!

Our firm is currently seeking to hire an attorney to join our Social Security Department. This candidate will handle all aspects of Social Security Disability claims which involve interaction with clients, review of evidence and representation of clients at Social Security hearings. Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills.

Our hearing attorneys receive extensive training and then work in a collaborative environment to help claimants on Social Security disability cases before Administrative Law Judges. We prefer local candidates, but it is not a requirement, so that we have coverage for our few in-person hearings each month, though most hearings are conducted by phone or by a virtual meeting. Most of our attorneys opt to work from home most of the time.

We pride ourselves on our compassionate and zealous advocacy as we help the sick and injured to fight for disability benefits. We are here to help those who need us the most.
