Hearing Aid Express is seeking motivated individuals with a strong sales background who are eager to enter the healthcare field. No prior hearing healthcare experience is required, we provide a comprehensive training and licensing program to help you become a Licensed Hearing Aid Provider in the state of Texas.

As a Hearing Aid Provider Trainee, you’ll combine your sales skills with patient care, guiding individuals through life-changing hearing solutions while building a rewarding, long-term career.

What You Will Do

  • Participate in a structured training program to become a Licensed Hearing Aid Provider
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations (after training and licensure)
  • Build trust and educate patients on hearing loss and treatment options
  • Recommend and fit hearing devices tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and needs
  • Follow a proven sales process to guide patients through confident purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and leadership on office performance and growth
  • Assist with clinical and administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and patient follow-up
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing your schedule and patient relationships with a high level of autonomy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, medical sales, or consultative sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Desire to transition into a healthcare career with long-term growth
  • Coachable, motivated, and comfortable working toward performance goals
  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • Willingness to complete training and obtain Texas Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (company supported)
