Heart to Home Charity Shop Clerk

Position Summary:

The Heart to Home Clerk is responsible for supporting daily operations of the retail store and donation center. This role ensures positive customer experience, processing/stocking of donated merchandise, customer transactions, fitting room assistance and upkeep, . The Clerk plays a key role in representing the organization’s mission through excellent service and operational support.

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unrestricted WV Drivers License.
• Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and move up to 30–50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, crouch and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise and donations.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures in donation areas.
