Location: Panama City, FL, and surrounding areas (Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Full-time | Take-home company vehicle provided

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling problems
• Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and complete service reports

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and applicable codes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
