HeatingAC Maintenance Tech
Location: Panama City, FL, and surrounding areas (Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Full-time | Take-home company vehicle provided

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
-
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
-
Diagnose and repair heating and cooling problems

Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
-
Deliver outstanding customer service and complete service reports
Required Qualifications
-
At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience
-
EPA Universal Certification required
-
Knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and applicable codes

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
