This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Schertz, TX. The technician will perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of commercial systems. The role also involves assessing system efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and providing outstanding service while addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC system issues
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and addressing client needs
• Ability to work independently in the field and maintain professionalism in customer-facing scenarios
• Current HVAC certification or license and EPA Section 608 Certification are required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in commercial HVAC systems and familiarity with energy-efficient technologies is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
