Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rochester, NY for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician and Lead Installer. The individual in this role will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and handling installations. Collaboration with team members and adherence to quality standards are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
• Experience with Plumbing and understanding related systems
• Competence in performing Preventive Maintenance tasks and ensuring system efficiency
• Knowledge of EPA standards and handling refrigerants
• Understanding of Electricity and electrical components relevant to HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site installations and repairs
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or EPA are highly desirable
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
