Heating / Plumbing Assessor (ASHP & BOILER

We are looking for an experienced Heating / Plumbing Assessor to join the Evolve team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in gas, plumbing, and heating who is looking to move into a more assessment-focused, customer-facing position

.Location: Field based Wales and South West

The Role:

• Carrying out property assessments for central heating systems linked to gas boilers and air source heat pumps.
• Engaging with customers on-site and explaining findings clearly
• Gathering accurate data to support system design and recommendations
• Working across multiple locations and supporting wider business needs
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in central heating installations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing environments
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience in Air source heat pump installing and/or surveying
• Experience completing retrofit or energy assessments
• Relevant qualifications in heat loss, retrofit, or renewables
