What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to entry-level technicians entering the trade
• Deliver ongoing development and advanced training to experienced technicians
• Serve as a technical resource for field personnel, offering real-time support and guidance
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure efficient, high-quality service

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC Service experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong trouble shooting skills to include electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
• Comfortable working on ladders (10 ft+ including extension ladders)
• Knowledge of job site safety and tool use
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
