Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, for residential and commercial clients, ensuring all installations meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Test systems post-installation or repair to verify functionality, efficiency, and safety, making adjustments as needed to meet performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and job details, to support billing and warranty processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during installation and service procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system specifications for each project.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining installation processes and answering questions.
• Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials, including refrigerants, while adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency HVAC repairs (every 4-6 weeks), responding promptly to urgent customer needs.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and best practices through ongoing training and certifications.

Requirements

• HVAC experience, required.
• NH Gas Fitters license, preferred.
• Maine Oil, Natural Gas/Propane license, preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal), preferred.
• Other certifications in the HVAC industry, a plus.
• On-call rotation, required (every 4-6 weeks).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, required.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and industry-standard installation practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
