Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration, Tankless water heaters and related mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency. Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems, including Air Conditioning units, Furnaces, Boilers, Tankless Water Heaters and Refrigeration equipment, following schematics and HVAC design plans.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and diagnostic software; repair or replace faulty components.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to accurately install or service systems.
• Conduct field service visits for emergency repairs, system upgrades, or routine maintenance at residential or commercial properties.
• Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and ammonia refrigeration setups when necessary.
• Operate welding equipment for custom fabrication or repair of mechanical components; ensure all work complies with safety standards.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC installer and service technician with a understanding of HVAC/R systems.
• Knowledge of construction practices related to building systems installation.
• Familiarity with schematics and property maintenance procedures.
• Mechanical knowledge including boiler operation, appliance repair, and equipment repair.
• Field service experience with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently in diverse environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred.
• Experience with HVAC/R software is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately. Pay: $25.00 - $48.00 per hour
