Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, and ventilation systems
• Hvac installation
• Conduct routine service calls for system repairs, component replacements, and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency
• Utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, system configurations, and repair logs for compliance and future reference
• Ensure safety standards are met during all installation and maintenance activities by adhering to industry regulations and best practices

Skills

• Strong construction background with experience in mechanical installation and property maintenance
• Proven service technician experience with HVAC/R systems or appliance repair in field service environments
• Mechanical knowledge of air conditioning units
• Skilled in plumbing techniques relevant to HVAC applications including pipe fitting and drainage systems
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; experience with equipment repair and electrical troubleshooting
• Experience with welding, or mechanic work is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of field service operations including troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently
• Ability to work safely in diverse environments while maintaining high standards of quality
