Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician - HVAC

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read diagnosis and repair various HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Read schematics and technical diagrams to accurately perform repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues clearly and offering solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records for all work performed on the work orders.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all service activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve outcomes for customers.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices through training.
• Train new upcoming school graduates to help them get real world experience repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment.
• As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be on-call one week approximately every month as we have a 24/7/365 service department.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems with 5 years of experience is required.
• Certification in HVAC EPA is required.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Must be able to pass a background check
