Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Local Property Management Company seeking a full-time HVAC maintenance technician. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with residential and commercial HVAC experience, and working knowledge of plumbing, and electrical experience. Must have EPA HVAC certifications.

Must be well organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, with attention to detail. Must be available for emergency, after hours calls on an infrequent basis. Must be able to meet physical demands of job, including lifting, using ladders, bending, kneeling, etc.

Must be computer literate, familiar with Outlook, and be comfortable with processing accounts payable and work orders for monthly billings.

Salary commensurate with ability and experience set, along with excellent company benefits.

Must have a clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
