<Duties>
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform plumbing and refrigeration repairs, including ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) units.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including ductwork adjustments and appliance repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders promptly, and document all repairs performed for accountability.
- Operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between job sites as needed.
<Skills>
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction environments and field service operations.
- Proven service technician experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and appliances.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices.

- Valid <PERSON> driver license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites.
