Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify operational issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and cleaning to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Repair or replace faulty components including compressors, motors, valves, thermostats, and electrical wiring with precision.
• Maintain detailed service records and document all repairs for accountability and future reference.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Hands-on experience with HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and equipment repair is essential.
• Field service experience working directly on air conditioning units and ventilation systems,
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of safety standards related to equipment repair. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
