Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician and become a vital part of maintaining comfortable, safe, and efficient indoor environments. In this role, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled technicians eager to apply their mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, equipment, and ventilation systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency
  • Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and diagnostic software to identify faults in complex systems
  • Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems including pipe fitting, and leak detection
  • Weld or fabricate components as needed for system repairs or modifications
  • Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and logs to document repairs and inspections for compliance purposes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning ), with a background in equipment repair and maintenance
  • Mechanical knowledge encompassing refrigeration systems (plumbing, and welding,
  • Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately for troubleshooting and installation tasks
  • Field service experience working on commercial or residential property maintenance projects
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for diagnosing system faults
  • Ability to work safely with refrigerants and following industry regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to coordinate with team members and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
