Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

B&B Mechanical Services Inc. is actively seeking an HVAC/R Technician with a minimum of two years of field experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment. This position services the Norfolk County area of Massachusetts and focuses on smaller commercial HVAC systems.

Position OverviewThe role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment in the field. This is a fully remote position, with technicians dispatched directly from home.

Work Structure & ToolsTechnicians are provided with a company-supplied, take-home vehicle and essential HVAC tools, including recovery machines, recovery tanks, vacuum pumps, nitrogen and acetylene tanks, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, harnesses, lanyards, and more.All dispatching, paperwork, and customer signatures are handled through our mobile app, Service Fusion. Payroll is processed through ADP, with direct deposit preferred. Office visits are not required unless for scheduled meetings.

Company & ScheduleB&B Mechanical Services Inc. has served customers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 25 years, maintaining a strong customer base that keeps technicians busy year-round. We guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under our insurance policy.
