Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. Duties

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
• Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as drainage, piping, and refrigerant lines.
• Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical components within HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
• Repair appliances and mechanical components including welders and other specialized equipment.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete reports on repairs performed, and document system conditions for future reference.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction environments or property maintenance settings.
• Proven service technician experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration units, or appliance repair.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings for complex HVAC/R systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles and installation procedures.
• Familiarity with plumbing techniques related to refrigerant lines and drainage systems.
• Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with field service operations including troubleshooting electrical issues using tools like ohmmeters.
• Skilled in equipment repair, welding, boiler maintenance, and general mechanical repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely.
