Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician (experienced)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heating/Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating/air conditioning units and related equipment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain heating/air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
• Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, including cleaning coils and checking refrigerant levels.
• Conduct field service visits to assess system performance and implement necessary repairs.
• Utilize standard HVAC tools perform work
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems, plumbing, and boiler maintenance is advantageous.
• Experience in appliance repair and property maintenance will be considered a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
• Previous mechanic experience will be beneficial for troubleshooting complex systems.
