Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Bus Driver to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating company all vehicles transporting staff/labor, and ensuring all passengers reach their destinations on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy buses in compliance with traffic rules and company policies.
• Transport employees, labor, or goods as per the assigned schedules and routes.
• Ensure the bus is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, etc.) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, route details, and fuel consumption records.
• Follow designated routes and schedules, adjusting for traffic or delays when necessary.
• Assist passengers with boarding and ensure safety throughout the journey.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and company transport regulations.
• Conduct emergency procedures when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6) .
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Bus Driver (preferably in [construction, staff transport, logistics, etc.]).
• Familiarity with UAE traffic laws, routes, and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Good communication skills (basic English/Arabic preferred).
• Physically fit, punctual, and with a responsible attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
