Heavy Bus Driver

• Safely drive company heavy bus to transport staff and/or laborers between designated locations such as accommodation, project sites, and office.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the daily transport schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bus at all times.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition — oil, water, tires, fuel, lights, brakes, etc. — and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, and fuel consumption reports.
• Assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, or small equipment when necessary.
• Support the logistics or site team with ad-hoc transport duties as required.
• Coordinate with the Transport Supervisor regarding vehicle scheduling and servicing.
• Ensure passengers follow safety rules while on board (e.g., wearing seatbelts, no standing while moving).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle (Bus) Driving License (or relevant country license).
• Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably in a construction or interior fit-out company.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours or shifts when required.
• Clean driving record (no major traffic violations).
