Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for transporting workers safely to and from project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE heavy bus driving license and demonstrate strong punctuality and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport construction workers between accommodation and project sites.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections of the bus and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
• Adhere to UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with site supervisors regarding schedules and routes.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bus or heavy vehicle driver (construction experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, especially industrial and project areas.
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Clean driving record.
