Heavy Bus Driver (Valid UAE Driving License)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating heavy buses for employee transportation, site-to-site transfers, and other company mobility requirements across various project locations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy buses safely and efficiently to transport staff, workers, or visitors as required.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions to maintain timely transportation services.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.
• Adhere to all road traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company driving policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus and report any damages, mechanical issues, or maintenance needs to the transport supervisor.
• Assist in managing passenger boarding, ensuring seatbelt usage, and maintaining order inside the vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any transport-related documentation.
• Support transportation operations by being punctual, flexible, and responsive to operational needs.

Requirements:

• Based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle / Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving heavy buses in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Experience transporting workers or passengers for construction, industrial, or corporate operations is preferred.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions from transport coordinators and site management.
• Willingness to work in outdoor, high-demand, and multi-site environments as needed.
