What You’ll Do

Lead heavy civil projects including site development, roadways, utilities, and excavation.
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field crews.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Serve as the main contact for clients, engineers, and inspectors.
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture built on safety and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including field supervision and project management.
Strong knowledge of site development, earthwork, and utility installation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
