About the Role

We are looking to hire an experienced Used Equipment Sales Representative to grow sales across the UAE market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands used equipment pricing, trade-ins, fast deal cycles, and contractor/rental customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sell used mini excavators, midi excavators, and telehandlers and other Heavy Construction Equipment

Develop and manage relationships with contractors, rental companies, and equipment traders

Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiation, and deal closureIdentify buy-back and trade-in opportunities

Price equipment competitively to move stock efficiently

Conduct yard and site inspections with customers

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and repeat customer base

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements3–10+ years experience selling used construction equipment in the UAE

Strong knowledge of excavators and telehandlers

Proven ability to close deals in the UAE market

Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage

Valid UAE driving license

Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu is a plus)Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
