Heavy Duty Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all assigned deliveries are made timely as per date and time slot.
• Ensuring 100% first time deliveries with zero complaint.
• To maintain and improve deliveries per truck in terms of number of deliveries and value to meet benchmark.
• Ensuring delivery resources (teams and trucks) are utilized to optimum capacity.
• Ensuring Stocks are loaded post verification against document to avoid descrepancies.
• Any descrepancy found during delivery need to be reported timely to resolve.
• All GRV and sales returns are verified against document and picked to avoid any descrepancies.
• Excess stocks or interchanged stocks need to be returned timely and properly to concerned
• Ensure well behaving with customers for better customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.
• Ensuring proper grooming standards and hygiene of self and vehicle.
• Ensure proper handling of materials while loading and offloaing to avoid damages.
• Communicating concerns during delivery with supervisors and sales team for timely resolution.
• Ensuring all deliveries closed timely within 24hrs of deliveries by obtaining and submitting POD.
• Ensuring productivity are delivered as per norms and improving it.
• Ensuring proper usage and maintenance of resources such vehicle, trolleys etc.

Position Requirements:

• UAE license of Heavy Duty Driver
• Similar experience
• Can read & write in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
