Heavy Duty Driver (Super Sucker Operator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate super sucker / vacuum trucks safely and efficiently as per company and site regulations.
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as sludge removal, tank cleaning, pit cleaning, sewer cleaning, and liquid waste suction.
• Drive heavy-duty vehicles to and from job sites, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report defects immediately.
• Set up hoses, pumps, and related equipment for vacuum operations.
• Monitor suction pressure, flow rates, and tank capacity during operations.
• Ensure proper disposal of collected waste at approved facilities.
• Follow HSE procedures, including use of PPE and compliance with permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and clients to complete tasks efficiently.
• Complete job logs, checklists, and other required documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid Heavy Duty Driving License (as per country requirements).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience operating super sucker or vacuum trucks.
• Good knowledge of industrial cleaning operations and equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and work under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of confined space work and hazardous waste handling.
• Valid H2S, safety, or defensive driving certifications.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
