Job Description:

The Heavy Duty Helper provides physical and technical support to technicians and skilled workers. The role involves heavy lifting, material handling, site preparation, and assisting in maintenance or installation works.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians and skilled workers in daily maintenance and installation works.

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.

Perform heavy lifting of materials such as compressors, motors, pipes, ducts, etc.

Support in shifting furniture, equipment, and site materials.

Assist in civil, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC related works as required.

Maintain cleanliness of worksite before and after work.

Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.

Physically strong and fit for heavy lifting tasks.

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance field preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Basic understanding of safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: From AED 1,500 per month (negotiable) as per the applicant’s assessment.

Benefits: As per UAE law, Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, accommodation, transportation (Provided).
