Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

Qualifications
- Proven industry experience in sales leadership (heavy equipment experience preferred)
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Driver’s License required
- General understanding of inventory and equipment sales operations
- Forklift certification is a plus

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual would be responsible for leading all personnel in the Sales Department, including Territory Sales Representatives and Inside Sales/Dispatch. You will be responsible for overall sales performance, margin and costing accuracy, commission review and approval, and maintaining strong customer relationships with top accounts. You will also oversee the development and recruitment of future sales team members.
Your leadership will be instrumental in driving profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding NED’s standard of excellence.
- Oversee daily functions of all sales operations.
- Direct employees to maximize resources.
- Lead and manage Territory Sales Representative and Inside Sales/Dispatch teams.
- Review and approve monthly commission statements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain top account relationships.
- Manage sales margins, costing accuracy, and monthly sales performance.
- Develop, train, and recruit sales department personnel.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure company-wide success.
- Perform additional duties necessary to provide excellent customer service to NED clients.
