Heavy Equipment Rental Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Candidates should possess proficiency in English, Hindi, or Urdu. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
  • Develop and expand the heavy equipment rental business by identifying new customers and corporate clients across construction, infrastructure, logistics, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate leads and achieve monthly rental sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, industrial clients, and corporate customers.
  • Promote short-term and long-term heavy equipment rental solutions to customers.
  • Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities in the Qatar.
  • Prepare rental quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams for equipment availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the heavy equipment rental market.
  • Support marketing activities, promotions, and branding initiatives to increase rental business.
  • Ensure timely collection and documentation related to rental agreements.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term contracts.
