Heavy Lifting Crane Operator

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Crane Operators capable of operating a range of cranes including mobile, crawler, all-terrain, and rough-terrain units (50t–200t class).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned cranes safely and efficiently on various project sites.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all safety regulations, lifting protocols, and traffic/routing requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, signalpersons, and rigging teams.
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and its territories without employer sponsorship.
• Valid crane operator licenses/certifications appropriate for the equipment operated (NCCCO certification highly preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of crane operating experience (mobile, crawler, or equivalent).
• Ability to read and communicate in basic English.
• Willingness to work extended hours, night shifts, and 6-day work weeks depending on operational needs.
• Strong work ethic, safety mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.

Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay for experienced and certified operators.
