To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced Heavy Lifting Operations Lead to oversee lifting operations and ensure project success.

Role Overview

The Heavy Lifting Operations Lead will be responsible for managing heavy lifting projects, coordinating crane operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee heavy lifting operations across industrial and construction projects.
• Develop and implement lifting strategies to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Monitor equipment performance and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership.
• Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for lifting activities.
• Mentor and guide lifting crews to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in heavy lifting or crane operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale lifting projects in industrial or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, safety protocols, and operational planning.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO2,400.000 per month
